# The Trustee Investments (Additional Powers) Order 1972, Note: Explanatory note


This Order adds fixed interest securities issued in the United Kingdom by the European Investment Bank or by the European Coal and Steel Community to the list of “Narrower-Range Investments Requiring Advice” set out in Part II of Schedule 1 to the Trustee Investments Act 1961.
