  "text": "TRUSTEES\nMade 16th April 1991\nLaid before Parliament 24th April 1991\nComing into force 15th May 1991\nAt the Court at Windsor Castle, the 16th Day of April 1991\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 12 of the Trustee Investments Act 1961, and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:–",
