# The Trustee Investments (Additional Powers) Order 1992, Article 2: Addition to Part II of the First Schedule to the Trustee Investments Act 1961


The powers of investment conferred by section 1 of the Trustee Investment Act 1961 shall be extended by adding National Savings FIRST Option Bonds to paragraph 1 ofPart I of Schedule 1 thereto.
