# The Trustee Investments (Additional Powers) Order 1992, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order adds National Savings FIRST Option Bonds to the list of investments in Part I of Schedule 1 to the Trustee Investment Act 1961. This Part of the Schedule sets out narrower-range investments that may be made by trustees without previously obtaining advice.
