  "text": "TRUSTEES\nMade 15th March 1995\nLaid before Parliament 27th March 1995\nComing into force 18th April 1995\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 15th day of March 1995\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 12 of the Trustee Investments Act 1961, and by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972, and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
