# Trusts (Scotland) Act 1921, Section 27: Court may pass Acts of Sederunt.


The court shall be and is hereby empowered from time to time to make such regulations by Act or Acts of Sederunt as may be requisite for carrying into effect the purposes of this Act, . . .
