  "text": "(1) In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,—\n“ Act of 1921” means the Trusts (Scotland) Act, 1921;\n“the court” means the Court of Session; and\n“trust” and “trustee” have the same meanings respectively as in the Act of 1921.\n(2) Unless the context otherwise requires references in this Act to any other Act are references to that Act as amended, modified or extended by any Act including this Act.",
