  "heading": "Compliance with notices",
  "text": "(1) A person on whom a notice is served under this Part shall comply with the notice.\n(2) If any person on whom a notice is served under this Part fails to comply with any requirements imposed on him under or by virtue of the notice, the Department may, without prejudice to any proceedings arising out of such default, carry out or cause to be carried out those requirements.",
