  "text": "(This note does not form part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Tuberculosis (Deer) Order 1989 (S.I. 1989/878) so as to remove the general requirement for marking or identifying deer on a deer farm. Marking is now required for deer carcases (other than wild deer) and live deer which are to be moved on or off premises, and deer which are to be tested for tuberculosis.",
