# The Tuberculosis (Deer) Order 1989, Article 11: Manure, slurry etc.


Where a notice has been served on the owner or person in charge of any deer under the provisions of article 10(1) above which prohibits the movement of such deer off the premises specified in the notice except under the authority of a licence, no manure, slurry or other animal waste shall be removed from such premises except under the authority of a licence issued by the appropriate officer and in accordance with any conditions subject to which such licence is issued.
