# The Tuberculosis (England) (Amendment) Order 2006, Article 1: Title, commencement and application


(1) This Order may be cited as the Tuberculosis (England) (Amendment) Order 2006 and comes into force on 19th February 2006.
(2) This Order applies in England only.
