  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order, which applies in England only, amends the Tuberculosis (England) Order 2005 (SI 2005/3446) in two ways.\nArticle 23 of that Order now refers to article 9. Up to and including 28th February 2007, the requirement for pre-movement testing will not apply to animals under the age of 15 months.\nParagraph 4 of Schedule 1 now includes reference to approved as well as exempt finishing units as a permitted destination for animals moving through exempt markets.\nA Regulatory Impact Assessment has not been produced for this Order as it has no impact on the costs of business.",
