  "text": "The Tuberculosis (England and Wales) Order 1984 shall be amended as follows —\n(a) article 16 (identification of bovine animals) and article 17 (restriction on the sale of unidentified bovine animals in markets) shall be omitted; and\n(b) in paragraph (3) of article 18 (marking of bovine animals) the words “or in article 16(1) above” shall be omitted.",
