# The Tuberculosis (England and Wales) (Amendment) Order 1990, Article 2: Amendment

Extent: E+W

The Tuberculosis (England and Wales) Order 1984 shall be amended as follows —
(a) article 16 (identification of bovine animals) and article 17 (restriction on the sale of unidentified bovine animals in markets) shall be omitted; and
(b) in paragraph (3) of article 18 (marking of bovine animals) the words “or in article 16(1) above” shall be omitted.
