# The Tuberculosis (England) Order 2005, Article 24: Savings


Any notice issued, or licence or consent granted under the Tuberculosis (England and Wales) Order 1984 and having effect at the coming into force of this Order shall remain in force as if it were a notice issued or licence or consent granted under this Order.
