# The Tuberculosis (England) Order 2005, Paragraph 3: Movement to exempt finishing units


The movement of a bovine animal direct to an exempt finishing unit, being a finishing unit which has been approved by the Secretary of State for the reception of bovineanimals which have not been pre-movement tested for tuberculosis in accordance with this Order.
