# The Tuberculosis (England) Order 2006, Article 1: Title, commencement and application


(1) This Order may be cited as the Tuberculosis (England) Order 2006 and comes into force—
(a) for the purposes of article 2(1) on 18th February 2006;
(b) for all other purposes on 27th March 2006.
(2) This Order applies in England only.
