# The Tuberculosis (England) Order 2006, Article 21: Production of licences


Where a bovine animal is moved under the authority of a licence (other than a general licence) issued under this Order—
(a) the animal shall be accompanied throughout such movement by the licence; and
(b) the person in charge of the animal being moved under the authority of a licence shall, on demand made under this Order by an inspector, furnish his name and address and shall produce the licence and allow a copy of it to be taken.
