# The Tuberculosis (England) Order 2006, Paragraph 4: Movements to exempt markets


The movement of a bovine animal direct to an exempt market, being a market which has been approved by the Secretary of State for the reception of bovine animals which have not been pre-movement tested for tuberculosis in accordance with this Order, provided that it is either returned direct to its premises of origin, direct to an exempt or approved finishing unit or direct to slaughter.
