# The Tuberculosis (England) Order 2006, Paragraph 8: Movement within a sole occupancy group


The movement of a bovine animal between premises in an approved sole occupancy group, being a set of premises authorised by the Secretary of State as a sole occupancy group as a result of being linked in terms of their control.
