  "heading": "Identification and movement of deer",
  "text": "(1) A person must not move a deer onto or off any premises unless—\n(a) the deer is identified by an ear tag in a manner approved by the Secretary of State;\n(b) the move is made under the authority of a licence granted under the Disease (Control) (England) Order 2003; and\n(c) the move is recorded in accordance with the Movement of Animals (Records) Order 1960.\n(2) A person must not move the carcase of a deer onto or off any premises other than in a manner approved by the Secretary of State.\n(3) A person must not expose a deer for sale or cause or permit it to be exposed for sale in any market or sale-yard unless—\n(a) the deer has been identified in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (1)(a); and\n(b) such identification is so maintained as to be clearly legible.",
