  "text": "Where an animal is moved under the authority of a licence issued under this Order, the person in charge of the animal being moved must, on a demand made by a veterinary inspector—\n(a) give their name and address;\n(b) produce the licence (other than where reliance is on a general licence); and\n(c) allow a copy of that licence to be taken.",
