# The Tuberculosis in Specified Animals (Scotland) Order 2015, Article 24: Transitional provision

Any notice or licence served or issued under the Tuberculosis (Deer) Order 1989 or the Tuberculosis (Deer) Notice of Intended Slaughter and Compensation Order 1989 and which has effect at the coming into force of this Order remains in force as if it were a notice or licence served or issued under this Order.
