# The Tuberculosis in Specified Animals (Scotland) Order 2015, Article 8: Restriction on movement after application of test

Where a relevant test has been applied to a specified animal and the results of the test have not yet been read, a person must not move the animal from the premises, or any part of the premises on which it is kept, except under the authority of a licence issued by a veterinary inspector.
