# The Tuberculosis (Scotland) Order 2005, Article 1: Title, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Tuberculosis (Scotland) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 23rd September 2005.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.
