Coming into force 23rd September 2005
The Scottish Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 7(1), 8(1), 15(4), 25, 32(2), 83(2), 87(2) and 88(2) of the Animal Health Act 1981, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
