# The Tuberculosis (Scotland) Order 2023, Article 34: Prohibition on removal of manure, slurry etc.


Where a notice is served under the provisions of article 33, no manure, slurry or other animal waste may be removed from such premises except under the authority of a licence issued by an inspector.
