  "text": "A person must not—\n(a) apply a diagnostic test for tuberculosis to a bovine animal,\n(b) take samples from a bovine animal for the purpose of applying a diagnostic test for tuberculosis,\n(c) vaccinate a bovine animal against tuberculosis, or\n(d) treat a bovine animal for tuberculosis,\nwithout the consent of the Scottish Ministers.",
