# The Tuberculosis (Scotland) Order 2023, Article 37: Enforcement by local authority


(1) Subject to paragraph (2), this Order is enforced by the local authority.
(2) The Scottish Ministers may direct in any particular case or class of case that they will enforce the Order instead.
