# The Tuberculosis (Testing and Powers of Entry) (Wales) Order 2008, Article 2: Specification of “disease”


Tuberculosis is specified as a disease (“clefyd”) for the purpose of section 62D (tests and samples: power of entry) of the Animal Health Act 1981.
