The Welsh Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 62D of the Animal Health Act 1981 f1 make the following Order—

A draft of this Order was laid before the National Assembly for Wales under section 62D of the Animal Health Act 1981 and has been approved by a resolution of the National Assembly for Wales.

1981 c. 22. S.I. 2004/3044 transferred the functions of the Secretary of State under section 62D of the Act to the National Assembly for Wales. By virtue of section 162 of and paragraph 30 of Schedule 11 to the Government of Wales Act 2006 (2006 c. 32) these functions are exercisable by the Welsh Ministers.
