  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Tuberculosis (Wales) Order 2010 (S.I. 2010/1379 (W. 122)). It enables the Welsh Ministers to publish location details of premises where the herd has lost or regained its tuberculosis-free status in accordance with Council Directive 64/432/EEC on animal health problems affecting intra-Community trade in bovine animals and swine (OJ No P 121, 29.7.1964, p 1977).\nThe Welsh Ministers’ Code of Practice on the carrying out of Regulatory Impact Assessments was considered in relation to this Order. As a result, a Regulatory Impact Assessment has been prepared as to the likely costs and benefits of complying with this Order. A copy can be obtained from the Welsh Government, Cathays Park, Cardiff, CF10 3NQ.",
