  "text": "In article 13 (pre-movement testing)—\n(a) for paragraph 2(c) substitute—\n“(c) any movements specified in Schedule 2; and”; and\n(b) for paragraph (3) substitute—\n“(3) For the purposes of paragraph (1)(a)—\n(a) the 60 day period begins on the day after tuberculin is injected into the animal; and\n(b) the skin test cannot be one applied to an animal subject to a notice served under article 16 (isolation and prohibition on movement of animals) unless approved by the Welsh Ministers.”",
