# The Tuberculosis (Wales) Order 2006, Article 20: General Provisions as to Notices and Licences


(1) Any licence issued under this Order must be in writing, may be general or specific, and may be made subject to conditions.
(2) A notice served or licence issued under this Order may be amended, suspended or withdrawn at any time by further notice issued by an inspector.
