# The Turks and Caicos Islands Constitution (Amendment) Order 1993, Article 11: Amendment of section 49 of Constitution.


Section 49(2) of the Constitution shall be amended by substituting the words “not exceeding two as may be appointed by the Governor, acting in his discretion” for the words “(if any) as may be prescribed by law”.
