# The Turks and Caicos Islands Constitution (Amendment) Order 1993, Article 12: Amendment of section 53 of Constitution.


Section 53(3) of the Constitution shall be amended by substituting the words “appointed by the Governor, acting in his discretion” for the words “prescribed by law”.
