# The Turks and Caicos Islands Constitution (Amendment) Order 1993, Article 5: Amendment of section 13 of Constitution.


Section 13(1) of the Constitution shall be amended by adding, immediately after paragraph (b), the following new paragraph:
“(bb) international and offshore financial relations, resources and services, and any directly related aspect of finance;”.
