# The Turks and Caicos Islands Constitution (Amendment) Order 2002, Article 2: Amendment of section 68 of Constitution


Section 68(1) of the Constitution is amended by deleting the words “save in execution of the sentence of a court in respect of a criminal offence of which he has been convicted”.
