# The Turks and Caicos Islands Constitution (Amendment) Order 2024, Article 19: Addition of Commanding Officer of the Regiment to particular offices and remuneration from the Consolidated Fund


(1) In section 91(2)—
(a) in subsection (e), omit “and”;
(b) in subsection (f), for “.” substitute “; and”; and
(c) at the end insert—
“(g) Commanding Officer of the Regiment.”.
(2) In section 125(5), after “Commissioner of Police”, add “Commanding Officer of the Regiment”.
