# The Turks and Caicos Islands Constitution (Amendment) Order 2024, Article 23: Other amendments


(1) In section 75(3), after “Act of Parliament” insert “of the United Kingdom”.
(2) In section 89(2), for “Servants”, in each place it occurs, substitute “Service”.
(3) In section 131, at the appropriate place insert ““Regiment” means the Turks and Caicos Islands Regiment established by section 93A;”.
(4) In the heading of Part VI, after “SERVICE” insert “, THE REGIMENT AND THE POLICE FORCE”.
