# The Turks and Caicos Islands Constitution Order 2011, Article 10: Director of Public Prosecutions

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Until a person is appointed to the office of Director of Public Prosecutions in accordance with the Constitution, the Attorney General shall perform the functions of that office.
