# Tweed Fisheries Act 1857, Section XV: Penalty on Commissioners acting if not qualified.


Any Person not qualified as herein provided who acts as a Commissioner under this Act, or nominates any Person to act for him, shall for every such Offence be liable to a Penalty of £50level 2 on the standard scale .
