  "text": "(1) As from the appointed day, the enactments mentioned in column (1) of Schedule 2 to this Act shall have effect subject to the amendments specified in column (2) of that schedule.\n(2) As from the appointed day the enactments specified in Schedule 3 in this Act are hereby repealed.",
