# Tweed Fisheries Amendment Act 1859, Section XVI: Cleeks not to be used in landing Fish.


Every Person who shall between the Fifteenth Day ofSeptemberin any Year and the First Day ofMayin the Year following, in fishing with a Rod and Line, use any Cleek or Instrument for landing Fish other than a Landing Net, shall be liable to a Penalty not exceeding £25level 1 on the standard scale.
