  "text": "Every Proxy granted under the Provisions and for the Purposes of the recited Act or this Act shall be chargeable only with the Stamp Duty imposed on Proxies by the Act of the Nineteenth and Twentieth Years of Her Majesty’s Reign, Chapter Eighty-one.",
