  "text": "Constitutional Law\nDevolution, Scotland\nRiver, Scotland\nRiver, England And Wales\nMade 23rd November 2016\nLaid before the Scottish Parliament 24th November 2016\nComing into force 1st April 2017\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by article 54(1) and (6)(c) and paragraphs 5(b) and 12(1) of schedule 2 of the Scotland Act 1998 (River Tweed) Order 2006 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with paragraphs 8, 9, 10 and 12(1) of schedule 2 of that Order they have consulted such persons as they considered appropriate, directed that notice be given of the general effect of the Order and considered representations and objections made.",
