# The Tynemouth College and North Tyneside College (Dissolution) Order 2005, Article 2


On 1st March 2005 the corporations shall be dissolved and all of their property, rights and liabilities shall be transferred to Tyne Metropolitan College, being a body corporate established for purposes which include the provision of educational facilities or services.
