  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order dissolves with effect from 1st March 2005 the further education corporations established to conduct Tynemouth College and North Tyneside College. It provides for the transfer of their property, rights and liabilities to Tyne Metropolitan College and secures the rights of their employees by applying section 26(2) to (4) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992.",
