# The Tyneside Passenger Transport Area (Designation) Order 1969, Article 21: Delegation of functions to the Director General of the Executive


The Executive may delegate to their Director General, subject to such restrictions or conditions as they may think fit, the exercise of any functions of the Executive which under Article 20 may be delegated by them to a committee.
