  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force provisions of the UK Borders Act 2007 (“the 2007 Act”). The provisions specified in article 2 are, subject to the transitional provision in article 5, brought into force on 29th February 2008. The provisions specified in article 3 are brought into force on 31st March 2008 and the provisions in article 4 are brought into force on 1st April 2008. The transitional provision in article 6 applies to the commencement of the provision in article 3(a) and the transitional provision in article 7 applies to the commencement of the provision in article 4(a).",
